We welcome all residents in Southern Heights to join the Southern Heights Property Owners Association (SHPOA). We collectively work to keep Southern Heights “a great place to live and raise a family”. Your participation will help make that happen.
Per state law, HOA membership is per address. Each address has a single HOA vote. However, on key items such as governing documents, only property owners are allowed to vote.
